Reviews
"I made an appointment for a virtual visit and did have to wait an hour. I left BUT they ended up calling me back and explained they had some technical issues which I understand. Jess (NP) was great and answered my questions."
"Terrible wait times. Waited 4 hours just to be seated in the waiting room for another 45 mins with no one to come update us. I walked out. Don't waste your time coming here. Black Nurses like to talk with attitude for a simple wait question. Go to Allina urgent care. Much better."
"My review is for their "open hours" policy. I was not treated so I cannot rate the care itself. Despite listing hours of operation until 8 PM weekdays, the site closes much earlier when they reach capacity. I arrived at 7:15 PM and was told that the last patient to be seen that day was at 6:45 PM. I realize that there has to be cutoff at some point, but we live in 2023, there are better ways to inform patients before they make the trip. 1. Use site time at capacity data to adjust the closing times to a more realistic value. I bet it is closer to 7 PM at the Woodbury facility. 2. Use a modern method of informing potential patients of both the length of the queue and whether or not capacity has been reached. Restaurants do this all the time with waiting list apps. Why isn't this a part of My Chart? HP, you are doing a disservice to your customers. Fortunately, my issue can wait until tomorrow morning and I live close enough so that it wasn't a huge waste of time. I can't imagine what it would be like for the parents of a sick child to be turned away."
"Pretty rough experience. Was one of probably 7 people in line before they opened on a weekend with my infant. Was told it would be an hour. It took almost an hour just to get to triage, we waited another 2.5 hours and still hadn't seen a doctor. I ended up leaving and making an appointment elsewhere for the next day. I understand staffing issues, priority patients, etc. but being one of the first people even there that morning and leaving after 3 hours without having been seen it's just bizarre to me."
"The staff was friendly but overworked - I don’t know why but this location ALWAYS seems to be understaffed. The receptionists, nurses and doctors were super nice and relatable. They also made good references for additional care."
