"I was visiting Wisconsin and got very sick. My insurance plan covered urgent care outside my state. I found Hudson Physicians listed on Google as urgent care facilities. It was also advertised in their website that they offered urgent care. I went to the clinic as a walk in. No previous appointment. They sent me a bill for over $1,000. I called my insurance company and was told that Hudson Physicians had submitted the claim as a regular doctor's appointment. I called them and was told that they do not bill as urgent care. There was never any disclosure during my appointment that it would be charged as regular appointment. It took me several months and a lot of stress fighting with my insurance company to get it partially paid. Their billing department offered no help and I received a letter saying they were going to send my name to collections. I would not recommend it."

"I haven't had anything serious done here, but have had a wonderful experience thus far. Dr. McFarland is so kind and listens well. Haven't had to wait at all and their hours make getting appointments much easier than other places I've been. It's a very nice facility. Would recommend!"

"I LOVE Hudson Physicians!!! Every provider there has been great to work with and they have taken excellent care of me, my husband, and my kiddos!! They always are available for us even on weekends with the Urgent Care. The staff (scheduling, nurses, and providers) there are fantastic!!!"

"They are an okay medical facility to go to for colds and the flu, ETC plus your Primary care Physician. When you call in it can be a lo g wait on hold to reach a real person on the phone. Their guest service could improve as well as their nurses and doctors attitude towards patients during phone calls and appointments. I know they are short staffed, but that is not an excuse for poor guest service towards patients. I think a majority of these issues will be resolved once they move into their new building. How ever there is no need to have a bad attitude towards paitients when its a paid service."
