Today I paid for a label there and the staff was so horribly rude to me, I did not trust them to get the package on the truck. I paid for everything, took my box, and drove to the upper state street store to complete the shipment (where I had a super pleasant experience.) Skip this place."

"I don't understand these negative reviews. I go here all the time. I drop off stuff with pre-paid labels and it takes under a minute. Setting up new shipments has also always been really easy and they already have all my sender info in their system. Staff has always been great to work with, and this includes occasions where there were problems with shipments after they left the shop and were already in the UPS system."

"This UPS store has been fine for simple things like sending packages. However be aware they might be completely unresponsive for other services. We paid for a special package pickup, and no answering phone calls nor their online contact form. Because of this, there was no way to coordinate getting the package. The only contact we got was an automated message saying our much needed part was sent back to the supplier. Very frustrating."

"I have had my box for over 20 years at the same office and have had excellent service. I live abroad and from time to time Marion forwards my mail to my other office in Hawaii and takes time helping sort my mail for forwarding. Marion spearheads this level of service and I only deal with her.. keep up the good work - MAHALO!"
