"Came in for a bike tune up and had a very disappointing experience. From lack of communication and clarity to short and disgruntled responses from mechanic when pointed out that they did incorrect work. I’m not sure if they are intentionally cutting corners or just not that informed. Didn’t even bother cleaning bike when that’s the whole point of bringing it in for a tuneup to clean and check gears. Basically paid $100 for a flat to be fixed. I wanted to support a local Black owned business but this is far below the service I’ve received at every other bike shop I’ve ever been to. Unless you like redirecting mechanics several times, repeatedly asking for the same issue to be fixed and dealing with poor attitude at having to fix issues they created I’d avoid this shop. They literally called me to pick up my bike when the other tire was completely flat proving they didn’t even bother to check it."

The whole crew and owner is amazing I’m coming back here soon for another tuneup and I would highly recommend to anyone."
