"Had to make a quick return (literally one item) and they had closed almost 10 minutes early and a woman, I believe is the manager, wouldn't let me in. Not even a “sorry” and couldn't be bothered to open the door to tell me just motioned "no" through the window. Berkeley location is better anyways"

"I went to return a couple items TWICE and both times the same manager was rude. She said I didn't have the receipts, the items were marked down, this location has different policy than the company, a million reasons why they couldn't be returned. I had to go to the Berkeley location, annoying. The other employees were super helpful and apologetic. I'd recommend the location if you want to purchase anything, it's always pretty empty. Just if manager's there go to Berkeley Update Haven't bought anything for months because of last time but decided to try for dad's bday. The manager was rude again Last time she falsely said I didn't have the receipts (I printed official ones from the site for her) then falsely said the items were marked down, receipts unchecked. to clarify these were unworn/tags from not even a week before. This time, their system doesn't register if you purchase in store using Apple Pay even if you have the same physical card present. She will use this to assert an unwarranted refusal, she fabricates her own policies regardless if you have a member account or not. My concern isn't with adherence to policies, it's the inconsistent and arbitrary decisions that customers have to endure under this rude manager."

"The customer service is great. The shopping experience is excellent. However they don't carry plus sized or just regular mid size ranges in store. The largest size they have for most women's clothing is a 10-12. That's ridiculous. There should be an investment to carry more sizes in store."
