"If it’s not a life or death situation, don’t try it. Just book an appointment elsewhere at least you won’t be waiting indefinitely. Asked the front desk for an update. Gave her 15 minutes to get back to me and when I went looking for her, she was back at the desk on her phone. Least she could have done was let me know what was happening. She did this twice. Update: Dr. Krista Mannino was so accommodating! She checked on my kids in a timely manner and was nice enough to have my medication moved to a different pharmacy because I had wasted all the time there and the initial pharmacy closed. So grateful!"

"I arrived with pneumonia recently, and because it was 15 minutes before closing I was told they were booked. I didn’t believe a word of it since the parking lot and waiting room proved that false. They just wanted to leave at 8 sharp and go home. There I was hacking and wheezing with double pneumonia and clearly anxious about getting my breath. I had to drive myself to Vadnais Heights since they were open until 9pm. I would never recommend Hugo’s urgency care to anyone wanting integrity in their service."

"The providers are fine. Managed to the level I would expect from HealthPartners. Urgent care hours change weekly. Waited three hours for someone to look in my ear. A truly miserable way to spend an afternoon."

"We've come here a couple of times when our pediatrician didn't have same day availability. The doctors here are great and the estimated wait time option is really valuable. You don't want to be stuck in a wait room with a sick infant or toddler. Highly recommend!"
