"My second time seeing Dr. Hams. Both times I was referred to him by my Message Therapist. The first time Dr. Hams checked out a neck problem that I was having. He did not push more visits, he simple found the problem, gave me easy to do at home exercises and the problem was resolved. This second time I was having an issue with sudden middle back spasms, Dr. Hams quickly assessed the issue, a rib had moved out of place. It had been out of place for quit sometime. Dr. Hams worked on it for awhile, but because of the length of time it had been out of place, decided to give me some home stretches to do & if it persisted to come back and let him work of it again. I've always been skeptical of ChirO's, but Doc Hams is a true gem. I'm a Believer!"
