"Great sales team experience can be had here but service dept is a challenge. I had my Trek mt bike in for a full service makeover a few months ago [ $780.00 ]. After picking it up it felt nice. Now riding it for a few excursions the crank fell off, seat post will not extend, pivot points are creaking = All these were on the workorder to be replaced and re-built among other items including suspension rebuild. Now I wonder if the work was performed or the bike was just adjusted to feel better. I wish I asked for the old parts to have some confidence the work was performed. Now I go out to ride feeling my bike is still in need of a full tune-up. UPDATE 8-2023 Dan , the Folsom store manager, promptly reached out the next day of the posting. Our conversation was quite promising. He arranged a time for my bike to be evaluated by the service manager and repaired. This took place in a timely fashion. Upon picking up my bike I rode the next morning. Dan texted me on how my bike was doing, while actually on a ride. I was able to text a live shot of doing what I enjoy. My bike was performing much better. Thank you Dan for following up on the performance of my bike. I appreciate your customer service follow-through."
