Vision Pro Optical - South Tower

"I never do any bad reviews at all and usually when I get bad service, I try not to make a fit. However this time just really baffled me so I thought I’d make a review. Called in to ask for my prescription and was treated very rudely from the start. Rushed me and was not patient at all. Asking me questions not even allowing me to think. Was not shy at all about sounding very annoyed of me then told me I never scheduled an appointment there when that’s where I got my prescription in the first place. Very unprofessional and rude. They don’t seem to care about their customers. Please go somewhere else. It was embarrassing."

"My husband and I had back to back end of the day appointments. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There were some minor hiccups with equipment or our appointments would have been a bit faster. We both left with our prescriptions and a return visit for my husband as they did not have the contacts he needed in stock. Overall we had a great experience and will be back in the future."

"My husband went there today because his glasses broke guys was SUPER rude, his prescription was expired and he asked for a copy of the expired prescription and the guy was rude and gave him a printed paper he couldn’t even READ and told him sorry your out of luck, he could have wrote the prescription numbers so that we at least knew them. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to go to a different Vision Pro a little bit further away with better service guys needs some retraining on how to talk to customers"

"I went in for a couple question about new frames and I’m well aware my prescription was expired but you don’t have to make people feel like they can’t come in to ask questions just because a prescription is expired. I’m sorry the snow storm has everyone is a mood but do not take it out on patients. I don’t need extra attitude from someone that’s supposed to be helping me. Thanks for the immaturity."

"The staff has been amazing. They're all super friendly and helpful. The eye doctors and assistants are transparent and explain everything very well and are always happy to answer questions you have. The staff is also helpful when picking out new frames and don't try to up sell you on anything. They make the process extremely easy with everything, especially translating your insurance coverage."
