"Security is terrible as well as Emily the Supervisor. Apparently she and her team are uneducated when it comes to HIPAA Can a patient violate HIPAA? A patient cannot violate HIPAA because they do not qualify as a HIPAA covered entity, a business associate to a covered entity, or a member of the workforce. My son was sick so I brought him to Essentia in Superior the ER. After being their an hour the security guard asked me to turn my body camera off and put it in my pocket. I complied even though there's no signage stating I can't record. I wasn't in any restricted areas. Tom the security guard was very unprofessional telling me to shut up. He escalated the situation by calling the cops after I complied with him. Me and my son where told to leave. Citing HIPAA violation. I called his supervisor Emily and she told me I would be contacted in a couple weeks. A month later and no contact. I called again and she called back denying she talked to me and telling me I violated HIPAA laws and refused to give me her bosses contact information. She was unwilling to even talk to me about the situation."

"Doctors should think before they speak!! Bad experience with my Dad’s doctor she told my dad that he has bone cancer a month ago, and he went for another test and found out he does NOT have cancer, this doctor should be Reprimanded for telling him he has cancer and week later he doesn’t. I would not recommend this doctor!!! This has upset the whole family!!!"

"I didn't feel well .So I went to the ER .I got in a room right away.The nurse was OK. Did my vitals .Left the room Dr came talked to me about what was going on .I have no voice ,cough headache and a earache. Left the room Nurse came back did a Covid test and flu .Left the room .About 15 minutes later came back and gave me 2 Tylenol .The whole time I was there I never had a call button,And They never put a allergy button on my wrist band at all. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE Debra Nephew"
