"We are very disheartened due to the way our dog's euthanasia was handled. We were put in a small room, and he was given a tranquilizer. When the vet and assistant came back, my husband had to carry our dog to another room. The door was shut on us. We waited 20 minutes or more. When we finally got to go into the room with him, all four legs had been shaved and bandaged due to the catheter they were having difficulty trying to place. The experience has left us unsettled because it was not a peaceful passing."
