"Worst moving experience I’ve had. The movers were careless and the business doesn’t care that they damaged my property. I had furniture moved into a storage unit and it looked like a dumpster. Business has ignored me and are proving to be cowards. Edited to add: Reorganizing the unit doesn’t unbreak things. That still took additional time that my husband would rather not spend at a storage unit. If it was done correctly the first time, he wouldn’t have had to spend most of a Saturday morning there. Also, you left out the part about missing my email that stated when we were moving out of the unit so you could be there to assess damage. You want people to think that I never reached out to you and now you are so confused. Stop the lies."
