"The “Employment Center” must do a horrible job of both training employees as well as making them feel valued. Every time I have shopped at Menards in Baraboo it has been horrible. The store level managers are completely incapable of thinking outside the box to solve a problem. Probably due to the simple fact that they do not care. Obviously a culture corporate fosters. Upper management is apparently a top secret because I can not even get a name of the operations manager. Never mind a phone number. Having been in retail for years as well as owning multiple restaurants I would want to know if my business has any issues. This is not something Menards concerns themselves with at all. Given the opportunities available in this job market I can not see why anyone would want to work for a company that operates such as this."
