"Not sure if it's lack of staffing or who is hired. Been having issues with this store for a whole. Went to Natomas store to find a note on the door stating "Sorry, be back 10 minutes," there was no time on the note when employee left. Stood there in front of the door for 34 minutes and another customer came and waited as well. Employee came walking with a box from Round Table Pizza and said sorry. I dropped off my pool sweeper and was told I would receive a call later on that day. I didn't hear anything from the store employee so I called the following day. He said "oh sorry forgot to call you yesterday." Okay.. so is the pool sweeper finished, oh yes, it's done.. wheels roll, things look fine, maybe replace bearings, but would like to do one more test I said, the wheels move on there on? Employee stated yes they do. I said I will be there to see and check, I wanted a visual of them doing so. When I showed up less then an hour, sweeper was apart. He stated seems to be working fine and only thing is to replace rubber on wheels because that can make it not work. I stated how do you know they roll by themselves? He assured me they work and should not be a problem. Took it home, sweeper does not work, wheels do not roll/move. (They roll when physically moving them, but not in water). Tried calling the store several times at 4:10pm but no one answered. Store should be still open."

"Zabrina was a good help and I would put 5 stars for her. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Another male salesperson was rude, laughed at my questions and suggested me not to watch tiktok, which I don't have. I asked them if they sell peroxide for treating algi, that's what we used in my birth country. He was very unprofessional and also concluded the cause of my allergies to chlorine. It's good they have 2 salesperson, otherwise I would of eft and not buy any products."

"First let me say that Andrew was super patient, knowledgeable, and informative. We recently adopted a rather large hot tub, and knew not where to begin. After a few minutes talking to Andrew, we became spa experts. He tested our water (for free) gave us recommendations on chemicals needed, and walked us through the next few weeks of care. I will ONLY return here for ALL our future needs, both chemical and advice. We're about to hop in for the first time and can't wait! I highly recommend this place, and if I didn't say it before, ask for ANDREW!"
