"We’ve now have had 3 surgeries here in 2 years. While the pre- and post- operative care is phenomenal, the floor care is HORRIBLE…every time. Facilities are dated and nursing staff shouldn’t be taking care of food orders let alone patients…NEVER asked for help to go to the bathroom, didn’t have chairs in the room and was mad when you asked for patient and guest chairs because they were “all broken”, never offered drinks or food….and that’s the easy stuff. Nevermind the questionable RN support and incorrect directions on using things as simple as an inspirometer, or not wanting to connect the SCDs because they couldn’t fine a SCD machine (which was in the labeled drawer in the room and required the patients family to find them). Oh, did I mention they were using hammer drills in the room next to us IMMEDIATELY after coming out of heart surgery. And that’s just this last visit….i have pages of notes from the previous visits. If I could give a 0 rating I would!"

"The nursing staff is always kind, patient and genuinely care for their patients. The cafeteria is outstanding! They never fail to have the most delicious, fresh and heathy options. It’s a bonus that the desserts are yummy too. Who doesn’t like their roasted pepper soup! Impressive. Best place to grab food in town frankly."

"My wife recently delivered a baby at Bellin hospital. We had a overall outstanding experience. Staff was very welcoming. Great food and spouses sleeping bed is one of the best we have experienced. Highly recommended overall."

"I've delivered 2 babies here and both times had an amazing experience. The nurses and midwives are incredible, especially Kari, she's the best!!! Nurse Kari and Midwife Renee helped deliver my baby last night and they stayed with me and were so caring and attentive to my needs. I'm so thankful I had both of my babies here, such amazing people!"

"Went to the ER last night with my mom who has been experiencing dementia like symptoms. I told the doctor over and over of what has been going on at home and how my mom can’t take care of herself. I’m not equipped to care for her either. He refused to admit her regarding assessment for a nursing home/assisted living. Was her ripping out her IV and trying to escape her wheelchair in the waiting room not enough proof?? The nurses then proceeded to treat my mom with blatant disrespect. My one star goes to the nurse, Taylor, who was really nice during intake. Nonetheless, I’ll be filing a formal complaint."
