"I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I dropped off 3 rods to get eyes repaired and new rail rod wraps. I waited 3 months and heard nothing back. After sending a local friend in to see if they were done. They first could not find my rods. They were found but upon delivery the wraps were not done. We dropped them off agin and waited another 5 weeks. I tried calling and emailing many times and got no response. I stopped by to see what was going on. Nothing had been done. I got a refund and moved on to a different company. The employee or owner was not professional and said rudely some times it will take over a year to repair a rod?? I wish I could have left a good review but it was not a good experience to say the least."
