I needed some gear delivered sooner than normal for a training class I was teaching and John Wilde made it happen. Outside of the excellent customer service, it is great to purchase a great quality product Made in the USA by Americans from a US based company. The stitching, materials, color selection and overall craftsmanship John provides is second to none. Everything from the drop leg holster to the mag pouches were amazing quality. "Customer service is off the chain, great! Just put in an order of an array of items. Colors that were not available in drop down selection (but are available on other items) are available if requested. (Achieved through sending an email with order#) I mostly used Facebook messenger to communicate with this company and they were very quick to reply and accurate with the answers I wanted. Can't wait to see the quality once they arrive. I will post another review once they do."
