I had some bent gears from a prior crash and they fixed me up! I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future."

"I've been here several times now for different reasons. I'm new to bicycling and thought them being supposedly professionals that they would be a good sounding board. However, Everytime I've gone here I've got an attitude from pretty much all of them. I have purchased items from them so I'm not clear on why they have such a bad attitude toward me. Tonight I needed a replacement bolt for my derailleur and was instantly told they didn't have any any and I could just buy a new derailleur.there was another custythrrr and he even looked surprised at the way they answered me. At this point I will not go back to this store. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Totally unprofessional , not helpful at all, and rude. So when I go to buy that $2500.00 e-bike that I'm wanting to get soon, this will be not NOT on my list of places to go."

"Went for repair and tech was great but the owner was completely rude the entire time. Even telling the tech "That's why you don't get raises" after the tech complimented my custom color set up. I assume because we bought the bike elsewhere because he was nice to everyone else. They should have told me no when I called the day before to ask about service if they are going to be childish about a bike purchased elsewhere. I will NEVER buy a bike from them now or recommend them even for service or repairs. Kudos to Dakota the awesome and friendly tech that helped us!"

"Made my first purchase today. Just some small items to replace a tube in my e-bike. I called ahead to make sure they had the right size and they were very pleasant to speak with and confirmed they had it in stock. For reference, same item from Amazon would have taken 4 days and was MORE expensive). Came in, employee (maybe owner) was very friendly and got me everything I needed. In and out within 5 minutes, all while smiling and being super helpful. My soon to be 4 year old is graduating his balance bike and we need his first pedal bike. Hoping to come back and do business with them again!"
