"Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Products didn't show up for months, couldn't get in touch with anyone to track our order, never made a refund impossible. Couldn't get a call or email response, so finally commented on instagram posts to ask how I could track our order. I then received 2 messages from other upset customers saying they saw my comment and had the same issues and wondered if I managed to get in touch with everyone. We all quickly learned they delete all negative comments on their social media and refuse to get back to you. Take a quick look at visitor posts on their facebook page. You'll see ENDLESS customers with the same problems, some claiming "they've stolen my money", others asking for help saying "they've placed orders months prior but can't get in touch with anybody". I did finally receive my products, months later. At that point, I would've appreciated a refund instead of the products because I didn't care to support a small brand who treated their customers like garbage, but - they didn't make that a possibility. Do not spend your money here. 1 star because unfortunately, they have super cool products and great branding, but it's not worth your dime. Go to someone who values your dollar. Leaving this here because I wish I would've known before spending $300 with these guys."
