"I normally enjoy Athleta clothes but the stores are unpleasant. I know greetings are for loss prevention purposes but please take a softer approach with clients. I walked in on a quiet Tuesday morning and a staff member is shouting a greeting at me from across the store. I didn't respond because I don't like being shouted at hence - more shouting ensued and a tsk when I ignored them. Better to treat us like people and create a gentle shopping atmosphere. Also, drop the name on the outside of the dressing room- makes me feel like I'm six."
"Great shop. Suits all ages with a wide variety of clothing. The sales people were fabulous. We had Kerr who was helpful but not pushy and she had a great eye for what suited. Another assistant called Julie, I think, with brown hair was, also very nice."
