"Would not order online from this company ever again. They charged for shipping which almost nobody does anymore. I wanted a certain pair of shoes though and could only find them online. They were delivered, but stolen from my porch before I got home. When I contacted them they offered zero assistance or help and refused to do anything to help. No refund. No offer to resend. Had 2 other packages stolen same day and the other 2 companies sent out replacement items right away."

The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, leaving me with the impression that customer satisfaction wasn't a top priority. To add to my disappointment, my encounter with the repair technician was far from pleasant. I came in for a putter grip replacement, but he abruptly informed me that the grip wasn't suitable for my putter and then retreated to the back room without offering any alternatives. Even when I politely said ‘thanks’ as I left, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence. It's evident that this establishment may prioritize profit over providing a pleasant shopping experience. I would hesitate to recommend Golf Galaxy to those seeking friendly service. You might find a more enjoyable shopping experience by driving just a short distance to Golf Mart."

"Probably not the ideal place to look for foresight sports materials. A lot of merchandise is very pricey but then that comes with being a golf specialty store. The employees seemed very active and potentially knowledgeable."
