"Great customer service! We have Adrenaline products from several teams; always happy with the design, fit, and quality. My son’s box lacrosse team ordered uniforms from Adrenaline, and unfortunately one of the pairs of shorts had a small defect— the reflective piping on the sides was peeling off. I emailed customer service and got an immediate reply. They replaced the shorts promptly and sent me a return label to send the defective product back. Great support!"

"Worst Ordering Experience EVER! I placed 2 orders back in December of 2021. Just finally received 1 of the orders a week ago...in April...of 2022. I called more than 15 times about the matter, and was always provided an empty promise that I'd be contacted back within 24 hours via either phone call or email. Needless to say, never received any means of communication...no tracking information, no returned emails, nothing. A perfect example of how not to provide customer service. Will not be ordering from this company again"

"Emails advertised "Get your order in now for the holidays" ordered 2 items Nov 1st for xmas, received 1 item Dec 27 and still have not received the second item!! there is no option to track items... the Phone number available, no one answers EVER and can not leave voicemail... emailed staff who are in other departments, and finally one from EVENTS got back to me.... completely unimpressed, would have given ZERO STARS if that was an option"

"A despicable organization. Will plow a grassroots team under in the interest of squeezing a few more cents of profit from them. We've been in LAX for the better part of a decade and every time Adrenaline Lacrosse gets involved, cost goes up, quality plummets. A name commensurate with low benefit to the players."
