"A few moths back, I was researching an off road camper company to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my high end medium sized trailer. The trailer is equipped with Redarc power management. I found that Rhino Adventure Gear is a distributor so I made an appt with Joost at Rhino. I took the trailer to him and he dropped what he was doing and immediately started to troubleshoot the issue I was experiencing. Normally when I am dealing with a company like this, I experience the normal anxiety associated with leaving a $50k overland trailer with someone I don’t know. Right from the start he relieved these thoughts by showing me how much he knows about the system and set my mind at ease. I made an appt for the repair and in anddition asked him to install bumper power from my tow vehicle to a connection at the trailer allowing me to charge batteries while driving between camping zones. When I brought it back for the repair and installation, little did I know that Jost himself was going to do the work and do exactly what he said and at the cost he quoted. When work was complete, he took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and how his reconfiguration would allow the Redarc system to operate just the way it was supposed to. Not many people can troubleshoot systems like this and I am so thankful to have found Rhino Adventure Gear. I returned a few weeks later and discussed some additional work and was so pleased that he discouraged the work as it was not a good fit for my set up. Normally, other shops would have sold it and installed regardless. This shop can be trusted, they proved it and deserve your business."
