"The store is nice but my daughter touched the rowing machine and the lady told us she can’t get on it nor touch it which okay I understand not getting on it but touching??. I decided to try it out but was stopped immediately to fill a waiver. Maybe you should have the equipment non accessible and for show or have the waiver filled before entering. It wasn’t my fault I didn’t know you had to fill a waiver out."

"Absolutely one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had the displeasure to have. For any managers that are reading this, the person who failed to help me on the phone was Iman A, and my case number is 23607251 Day 1 - My machine was delivered, but was broken. The installers left, and now I had a $3700 paper weight (the Tread does not work without the tablet). They also forgot to leave the pin, which is required to use the machine. Day 5 - Technicians come to repair the unit. They replace the screen, but have no replacement pins. I still cannot use my machine. Day 6 - I have a call with Iman A on the phone and we escalate the issue (under escalation number 23607251). I am told I will be contacted within 24hrs to resolve this. -- No call comes -- Day 8 - I call Peloton again and talk with Jeff (Who is very helpful). He tells me that I do not have authorization to speak about the issue (purchased by my partner) even though we had a three-way call with Iman A, my partner, and myself to give myself authorization. There still is no resolution and no contact has been made to me. I still have no working treadmill and have no way to make it work. I have been given the workaround for days and have no resolution. Please stay away from this company and get yourself a regular treadmill. They are not worth the added."

"My fiancé and I purchased a Peloton+ bike from this location a couple of weeks ago now and we absolutely LOVE it!!! Shannon as well as a hispanic guy and red hair girl (forgot there names) were all very friendly and also made our dog feel comfortable. We absolutely love Peloton now, and have ridden our bike almost everyday since it first arrived. I would highly recommend Peloton to anyone who is interested in improving there fitness.The three of us will definitely be back to purchase some Peloton clothing items as well as say hi to are new friends of the Peloton family."

"10-31-2020 Worst customer service, waited at the door for saleswoman to get off her computer to acknowledge my wife and I, She then proceeded to ask if we had an appointment? There was one other couple in the store with another salesperson. She then proceeded to have a conversation with the female customer in the store regarding clothing availability completely blowing us off, as if we weren't even there. I guess we didn't fit the criteria of the Peloton customer. My wife was considering purchasing a bike, but no way now. Peloton needs to get it's act together if they plan on opening stores. Would definitely avoid this store."
