"Their employee Chris (female) is very rude. Called today about a simple request & she was really defensive/spoke back in an unprofessional manner. Also tried to ask for her title & she snapped back instantly asking for mine. People have their days I get that & I’m not taking this experience with her to heart but I sure hope she doesn’t speak to others the same way otherwise, she should definitely reconsider her profession."

"I was in yesterday to pick up my Rx. Eric (pharmacist on duty) was extremely kind and took the time to properly show me how to use the inhaler. Not once did I feel i was bothering him or that he was rushing me along. He did 2 practice runs, showing me technique. Then he did it again, step by step while I did it on my own. Thank you Eric for the extra time to help me feel comfortable. Your kindness is appreciated!"

"I am sad that I have to give a negative review of the Luxemburg Pharmacy. I had moved to the area and wanted to bring my business to a local pharmacy. In general, regardless of where I have lived, I find that the small, local pharmacies, whle they may not have the same stock of "non-pharmaceutical products" that a Walgreens or a CVS might have, the care and concern for the customer and their health is higher. I thought this would be the case here...but no! My first experience with them was TERRIBLE!! One of the pharmacists---her name is Chris---seems to think SHE is my doctor! The prescription was specific from my doctor, but SHE disagreed with it and how it was to be filled, giving me half of what I was supposed to have covered by the insurance. I had my doctor contact her, but that was not good enough for her! I even offered to pay for the other half to avoid a snafu (it would have only been $20 or so) but SHE would not provide it!! She seems to want to play doctor instead of doing what the doctor tells her to do!! I was absoluetly floored by this! I have NEVER heard of a pharmacist going against doctor's orders!! I previously went to Pulaski Pharmacy, which is about 35-40 miles away. Well, I called my doctor back, who then sent the prescription for the balance due to me to Pulaski, and it was filled without a hitch!! Guess what----while I would prefer to avoid a monthly drive to Pulaski, the people at the Pulaski Pharmacy listen, offer advice and help when I need it, and take care of their patient's concerns. That DOES NOT happen with Chris and the staff at Luxemburg Pharmacy. I am happy to make the drive to Pulaski and maintain a relationship with people who care. I would recommend Pulaski as a concerned, small town phramacy. AVOID LUXEMBURG PHARMACY!! They think they are doctors, don't listen to the doctor when they call on behalf of the patient, and make feeble excuses that hold no truth!!!"

"Luxemburg Pharmacy and Pharmhouse Cafe are GREAT! The staff is amazing and the quality of their products is exceptional. I have filled prescriptions in the pharmacy and the staff has always taken the time to answer any questions I have. I have eaten in the Cafe several times and the freshness and quality of their ingredients are sensational!!!"
