Walgreens Pharmacy

"I used to pickup all of my prescriptions from Walgreens. For years I used their pharmacy with no issue. Within the last year it has been absolutely terrible. Waits for upto 40 min in the pickup line I have dealt with several times and expect. But, where I drew the line is when the pharmacy tech was so outright rude to me. When I pulled up I immediately told her I had a fast pass code as I had paid ahead in the app to “save time at the pharmacy window” she rudely told me “that doesn’t matter. What’s your name.” I put my phone away and closed out of the text message telling me my fast pass code as I didn’t think she wanted it. When I told her my name she told me there was a medication ready for me and it would be about $180. I replied that I had already paid on the app and with my insurance it was only about $18. She did not reply to me. A few minutes later she asked for my address to which I replied “I moved recently and need to….” She cut me off and yelled over me “WHAT ADDRESS DO WE HAVE FOR YOU?” This was the point where I decided I had enough. I matched her energy rudely gave her my address. She asked me for my fast pass code. I told her she would have to wait while I found it again since she told me it didn’t matter I closed out of it. I found the code, gave it to her. She sent my meds out and did not so much as say another word to me. She clearly did not realize that by me TRYING to update my address with her I was trying to set up mailing to have my medication automatically mailed to me which would have helped her out. I called and had ALL of my prescriptions switched to Walmart that day. I will NEVER go back."

"I only gave 1 star because I had to. 1st time was told it would be 15 minutes to fill my prescription. Mind you I received a text say it was filled. I get it they are busy. The 2nd time I'm told it would be another 30. The 3rd time it still wasn't ready."

"Reduced pharmacy days and hours at this location makes it very difficult for me and others to pick up prescriptions. If we're able to get there because of limited access we have a lengthy time in lines inside and the drive through. Our smaller community needs better access for our pharmacy needs. The service and staff changes have greatly declined in recent years. I'm quite dissatisfied with the whole situation."

"I’d do zero stars if I could. I’ve gotten my medications filled 20 minutes to closing recently, when I sent my sister to pick up my daughter’s prescription she needed while we were in the emergency room she was told 20 minutes but they were closing so tomorrow. I went to pick it up the next day, waited for someone to come to the window for at least 7-8 minutes just to rudely be told it wouldn’t be ready for at least 30 minutes and I’d be added to a wait list with no explanation why last night it was 20, now at least 30 ESPECIALLY considering I’ve had scripts filled last minute before. I guess it’s pick and choose when you want to do your job? Working in healthcare myself I’m absolutely disgusted."

"By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Always understaffed, always slow. I've had prescriptions sent here three times in a row just for them to tell me they never got it. It was for vitamin D, so it's not like it should be difficult. Definitely not worth your time with two other pharmacies in town. This photo pretty much sums it up."
