Regrettably, these were nothing more than empty words, as not a single email was ever received from him. Our location overseas makes the aftersales service particularly crucial, yet it is woefully lacking. Ryan's complete lack of follow-through demonstrates a complete disregard for his customers. Our experience with Strength Industry has left us utterly disillusioned. The service, quite frankly, is an abomination."
