"Alex, Lily, Tameka, Brianna, Jared and the entire crew at Inland Center Shoe Palace are absolutely incredible employees that all deserve raises!! They are extremely helpful, kind, attentive, and welcoming everytime I step into the store!! They are assets to this company and are the very reason I come back time and time again!! They truly bleed black, white, and red! To lose them would be a major blow to the company! I am loyal to Shoe Palace because of them!! I appreciate everything they do for me!! Looking forward to my next visit!! Keep providing first class customer service!!"
"Bad customer service from Izajah, she was just on her phone after I told her what size shoe I wanted she didn’t even tell me she took them up to the register or that they were ready for me. I was going to get another pair but I didn’t even bother with the attitude she was giving. Not coming here again"
"Good variety but the shoes that appealed to me didn't come in my size. I was disappointed when the salesman suggested I check out the shoes one size smaller."
"The store was not busy and we already knew what shoe we wanted but decided to look at the other shoes. No one greeted us or offered assistance. We had to take the shoe to the register to ask for a size. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but considering the 2 staff members were talking to each other and 1 of them was on their phone. The store a few doors down had the same shoe but it was $10 more. I was almost willing to pay the extra to get better service."
"Shoe Palace, Keisha should be given a raise. She is a great representative of your brand and as a customer who only spent a few minutes with her I can assure you that you are lucky to have her."
