"Friday was probably the 3rd time in 6 months I went there to pick up a prescription with in pharmacy hours and there was no one there. Beyond frustrated with this location!!"
"Not very happy with this place. They had misplaced/lost my prescriptions that I dropped off and spoke to the pharmacy manger and she acted as if if it was my fault and suggested that I never dropped them off. I stated she was incorrect and that she needed to do something about it which in return made her continue to look for them then she found them. Was thankful that she found them but was highly disappointed in how she handled it and that a pharmacy would lose your perscriptions."
"Absolutely garbage place. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. If I could give it zero stars I would. I sat on hold over the phone for more than an hour just for them to go on their lunch break when I was the next in line for my call. They claim that their lunch break is from 1:30-2 when it really starts at 12:30. You will spend at least 35-40 minutes here while their incompetent staff scrambles to mess up your prescription. Never in my life have I seen a worse pharmacy."
"this review is only for the Pharmacy staff as the main store staff is generally great (with the exception of one shift manager). Let me start by saying that if you can avoid going to this pharmacy, please do so... The staff at the pharmacy has never been great but with shortage of workers, the issues have escalated. I had to stand in line inside the store for 35 mins to get a prescription which was ready to be picked up. There were two asst. pharmacists and one main pharmacist who were handling all the requests. As a result, they shut down the drive thru pickup. To make matters worse, they had one line for everyone (prescriptions, flu, covid shots) and despite the fact that walk-in vaccinations were not allowed, one asst. pharmacist kept on prioritizing people from the queue who were there only for the shots. And mind you these were walkins and not pre-scheduled patients. So basically you were left with only one pharmacist and 10+ customers in the line at 3pm in the afternoon. The main pharmacist was no where to be seen and would only come out if he had to administer a shot. Given the spread of the delta variant, prioritizing in store customers over fulfilling Rx order for the next day would have been the wise thing to do, but who cares apparently. The point is, there was clear lack of prioritization and the staff could care less about all the customers waiting in the line. Given that there is the word "Pharmacy" in the name of walgreens, one would think that they would excel at this aspect but obviously one is wrong. So if you can transfer your prescription elsewhere, please do so... at least i will be avoiding this pharmacy in the future... to be honest, the walmart staff or even the DMV staff is more efficient than walgreens staff."
"I was in the check out line and noticed the two individuals in front of me didn't have on masks. I asked the cashier if she noticed that the previous customers didn't have masks on. She said she did, but she's unable to enforce the policy of mandatory masks. I was just kind of in awe that Walgreens doesn't take the safety of their customers seriously. Something as simple as having masks at the entrance next to the mandatory mask sign. What's the point of having the sign up if there's nothing to enforce it. Also, I've seen plenty of stores implement this policy just fine."
