"I went in there a couple of weeks ago to buy a birthday gift for a friend. Very nice older lady working there but she was not wearing any sports apparel at all or walking the floor to help anyone. Also, she was watching a murder mystery documentary on the big screen.....in a sports store on a Saturday. The owner of this store really needs to work on the overall atmosphere and general customer service. So much potential."
