"Lots of associates standing around who were helpful. However, when it was time to check out no one was at the register. The associate who finally came to help us was more concerned about the mismatched sized shoes she had been working on. She stood there smacking on her gum, never greeted us and forgot to take the security sensor off the Birkenstocks we purchased. We are visiting from out of town and the store is 40 miles from our hotel. We didn't notice the sensor until we got back to the hotel. My receipt says the associate was 317383. Purchased at 3:32pm."

"I was in need of some shoes to better accommodate myself while constantly being on my feet and actually went over to Skechers first (That's a whole different review on them though..) but when I walked in, Heidi the Store Sales Manager was very welcoming to all customers. I explained what I was looking for specifically and she got me a few different brands and types to see which would best fit my personal needs. As well as told me which shoe brands had coupons if you had their Famous Footwear app for rewards, so that helped me save some money too."
