"THE worst customer service! Yikes. To be fair, my first experience with their customer service was stellar. I drove 2 hours (each way) to the San Clemente office. They replaced defective lenses. Great! A few days later realized only one of the lenses was polarized. This is where the trouble began. I contacted them (email support only) they sent replacement lenses, cool, too bad they were readers, which I did not want and for a different brand/style of frames so wouldn't have worked anyway. I emailed several photos of my glasses to be sure they sent the correct lenses and boom, they sent me lenses for different frames, again. No success getting a phone number so we could chat about what exactly I needed. Fortunately I was able to connect with someone else, who was very nice and friendly and told me to return both sets of lenses in order to be sent the correct lenses for my frames. Which I happily complied. Several weeks later nothing, no lenses, no email they received my returns. and they have no plans to send me replacement lenses since they already sent me two! BAHAHa Where does common sense come into play here? Still have no idea where things are as I was transferred to customer service where I was only able to leave a message! Ridiculous!! I'd say the folks in warranty aren't the brightest and seem to lack all forms of common sense or sense of customer support. I am so frustrated, too many hours (on both sides) have been invested in something so simple!"
