"Devin was very helpful when I came in to select a new bc and we ordered the new larger size zeagle fury bcd. It arrived and was way too big in the shoulders even at the smallest adjustment. Miguel is my hero as he said it was too big and let’s try the smaller size zeagle . He spent a lot(!!!) of time fine tuning the adjustments for me. The smaller size zeagle fits me perfectly. I can’t wait to go diving in it! Both Devin and Miguel are great knowledgeable staff and Miguel was a fantastic example of providing above and beyond service to a customer!"
"Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a dive shop. Actually, worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. Employees are inexperienced, they dont know the product, and misrepresent (lie) about what the store has in stock. After I phoned and inquired as to an item being in stock, the employee advised it was. I advised the employee I would be down to purchase. Drove down to purchase it and of course it is not in stock in the store. Item in stock at the warehouse. When I asked the employee why he didnt clarify over the phone that the item was not in stock, especially since I told him I was driving down, he said "technically it is in stock, just not in the store." Completely unacceptable. I will not return to this business."
"Great quality and huge selection of gear. I am very happy with the quality of the snorkel, mask, and more recently a shorty scuba suit. I deducted one star due to a mixup and a little extra hassle in exchanging, but once escalated I received the correct one the next day. Excellent and responsive customer support."
"I have gone there for twice. The first time i went with my friend. They are so patient and service us for around 2 hours to pick the suitable wetsuit, shoes, and gloves. The second time I went there alone for mask. They gave us very professional suggestion including the volume for different mask and how should they fit on face. Super nice and professional people. Both time they provide me a comfortable and relaxed shopping experience."
"Not only did one of the $1,100 masks that we purchased come with a broken regulator - our box came damaged and we have 2 invoices that are not even to us, they’re to two other people from two different companies. There is clearly no one doing quality checks here and it’s unfortunate because had someone actually got into the open water with this mask and broken regulator - it could be potentially fatal. The response was unhelpful other than a return slip for refund. No offer of resolution or getting us another mask as soon as possible or even some sort of discount to make up for an incredibly inconvenient experience right before a dive trip."
