"First and last time I will deal with this company. 1. They do not give you an option other than standard shipping which can take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and then ship ,only they don't tell you that except for the fine print at the bottom of the website and only after you have placed an order. So, if you have a close deadline (which I did ) you will be SOL because. 2. In order to cancel, you either have to reach them via their contact form or call in. I called in, and she basically said it was too late to cancel but that she would put the request in and HOPED it would get in on time..nevermind that I made this order over the weekend and literally called on Monday. 3. Nobody has reached out via contact form either. 4. The charge already went through , so I had to call my bank to dispute it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As soon as I get the items I am returning them and demanding that they refund me my money."

"I would leave zero stars if I could. After calling several times to check on our order, I was told my son's order would be completed and sent on December 9th. On the 19th, after not receiving the order, I called again. I was told that there was an error in processing and that the order should have been sent on the 9th. I was then transferred to a voicemail which was not returned. The following day I called and they told me that order was processed. I asked for an exception to send overnight given the delay and that my son's sports season is now half finished. I was immediately told that it's impossible to send over night prior to the holiday season. I asked for an exception and clearly received an very negative response. Poor service and an eternity to process order and ship."
