"I bought the Body Power 2-in-1 step trainer about a year and a half ago because I didn't want to go back to the gym after the pandemic. It's a great machine, provides a nice full-body workout. A few months ago, the inner belt(?) started shedding bits, like it was coming apart. I contacted Customer Service; they were courteous and timely in their responses. After sending them a video of what the machine was doing, they quickly sent out a replacement - no charge! Great experience!"

The knob that holds the handlebars was broken when it arrived but was promptly replaced by the manufacturer when contacted by me. I would recommend this product to others. "I am really enjoying my new Champ recumbent bike! It has 8 tension levels and it allows me to get a nice sweat while watching my favorite tv show. Before getting this bike, I couldn’t bend without pains in my knees but now I can bend without pain and my legs are stronger. The assembly was very doable as it was shipped with major parts already in place. I highly recommend this brand. I had to ask for an additional part and the manufacturer response was great!"
