"Nobody was attending the jewelry counter for the better part of at least 20 minutes. The Asian lady chose to help someone that had come after me. She was rude and had no customer service skills!"
"My mom bought a coat for me, I don’t like it, she took to store to return, the store rejected because they said the coat was worn. It’s so unreasonable. You sold an “used” coat to my mom, you can sell it but you don’t accept to take it back. I just tried it, never touched again, I don’t understand how your policy works, if you only sell brand new products, then stop to hang these out to sell to customers, my mom couldn’t decide it’s new or used, and I couldn’t too, she only liked the style, now the way you treated us made me feel your products are disgusting."
"I don't like the TJ Maxx and home goods Marshalls and another store all together but I can't return something at HomeGoods that I bought there at T.J Maxx I think it's stupid. It's redundant if it's the same company why can't you change it exchange it not happy"
"I love this TJ max. The wonderful employee (at cashier station 8 at 10:30 am was amazing. She was welcoming and even laughed w/me when I was trying to decide if I was going to get eyebrow clippers LOL!! I LOVE THIS TJ MAX!!! it's clean and you see employees everywhere, so you can ask questions and not be lost and confused."
"We took a drive to Walnut to the TJ Maxx to see what kind of seasonal merchandise they had ,we found more then a few items. You can find men's ,women's boys and girls and infants clothes .They also have shelves and mirrors ,they also have a selection of mans and women's boys and girls shoes , jewelry and cups, household items for your kitchen different knick knacks that you may want to display at your home or office.The structure of the building is large with different merchandise. The service is courteous and friendly, there's plenty of registers to keep the line going, it does get crowded on the weekends. There's plenty of parking with a shared parking lot with other businesses on the premises. The handicap stalls are close to the front entrance."
