Reviews
"Quick easy transactions during game day. Has the best merch in the league."
"Y'all really need a better way for us fans on game day to have access to the store if our seats are on the other side of the stadium from the store, and then after the game there's no access since the staff is just pushing everyone to the exits and there's no re-entry on the side where the store is. Store is open 1 hour after the game but yet terrible system for the access to the shop on gamedays."
"Must have 250 shirts on sale of the same 7 players. Chargers screwed up my order so when I came over for a game I wanted to get a Salyer or Zion jersey non of which were available and staff refused to make one despite all the presses being switch on upstairs. Very poor way to treat a fan Also the prices and way more expensive than surrounding big box retail stores."
"I went in the store looking for one thing and one thing only. They tell me they're out of the item until tomorrow, Game Day. Understandable, and I have tickets so I can get one then. However, I continue to browse around and this lady comes in the store... she comes back toward checkout with TWO of the same item I just asked for. I asked her where she found them, she said an employee got them for her. Really?!? No biggie, the person I spoke too must have been mistaken, surely if she can get TWO I can get ONE. I ask a couple of different associates for the item. One gives me the same response. I asked another associate, and tell him I just saw someone walk in and get two and she said someone got them for her. I only want ONE "Is there some special membership requirement that allows her access to this item, and not others?" This associate humors me and goes to check. He comes back, without the item and says he spoke to his highest manager and she said they're all sold out today... I don't even want to think what I'm thinking, but I really can't come up with a reason why I didn't get the same service as the White customer. I believe the associates were telling the truth. The items are reserved for tomorrow. I was willing to accept that but those same rules didn't apply to another customer and I really can't come up with a logical reason why."
"I was the 4th person to enter this store last year. Once of the best experiences of my life. Beautiful store & definitely that one that makes you want to spend proud hard earned $$$"
