"This is by far the worst of LA fitness, the gym is outdated, it smells bad, is overcrowded, and even if it ended up in a prime area and there’s a lot more people coming here, this place is just falling apart no sign of remodeling soon, they don’t even offer paper towels for the members. The sauna is shared so if you are a woman prepare to feel unsafe. Also 10:35 pm and the door is closed when they actually close at 11pm. Most of the treadmills don’t work and are always “scheduled for service”. Only come here because of distance convenience. The staff of girls are polite and friendly, if I have to add anything positive."

"If you have been reading all of the bad reviews about la fitness Inglewood location "ITS TRUE !!!" make sure you read before you sign which I failed to do I join la fitness June 10th 2024 I was charged $90 just to sign up then an additional $54 for membership and then they tried to charged another $45 monthly fee all these charges less then one month that was it for me I tried to cancel my membership they kept telling me I had to come when the manager is there I finally caught up to someone at the front desk on July 12th membership was canceled now they are still harassing me calling me for $45 monthly fee after cancelation you guys are a straight scam."

"Let me just start by saying the staff here is amazing. They’re super nice and do their best to accommodate us members and I’m always glad to see the familiar faces greet me. They’re the reason this rating isn’t two stars. The facility itself, however, is incredibly disappointing. I have the membership that allows me to go any location and I’m sad to say this location is the most neglected in terms of service and equipment. As an avid lifter, I also have to time my visit just right to be sure the dumbbell weights and bench I need will be available as it’s SO under supplied. Half the gym is taken up by cardio machines that seem to only be present to take up space as I’ve only ever seen the treadmills full during peak times. It’s also disappointing to see that certain premium equipment is only available locations in the more affluent neighborhoods. And the equipment that’s actually in the club need serious upgrades evident from cracked or missing cushions which have been proven to be a serious health hazard. At times it seems like this is where all the old equipment from the other locations go to retire. Again, this isn’t on the staff, but on whomever owns this location. If it wasn’t for the Pasadena location being so nice, I wouldn’t have joined based on the Inglewood location."

"I wish the workers would help regulate the young people sitting on machines on their phones. They waste my time. Also, people don't use the sauna room properly. Clothes hanging everywhere. No regulation on that as well."
