"Being a Chase customer for over 20 years. Could not cash out the check because the person that wrote the check a 90 years old lady enter 2023, 24 and forgot to put the month. I ask to call the issuer of the check, I could add the month. There is not personal service or any assistance. I and would also suggest to the old lady to close her account. I will get back to you next week on January 02...when Chase customer write a check to a Chase recipient (myself) and if the cashier has issue, she should ask for a supervisor and it is not the first time...I have to mail the check back, I will expect a call from our old lady to go over the issue...bottom line turn to be o "The Cost of our Time" you are either an asset or a liability to your customer."

"I would seriously avoid chase. Not only in Monterey do they have no ATM, but they dont even have partnerships, so you end up paying 3.50 every time you withdraw using an ATM, and I've been charged an extra 2.00 for using a different banks ATM...so a total of 5.50 charge to withdraw 20. Then, if your account gets over drawn, the charge you over 50 percent as a penalty You go 60 negative? The first thing you'll notice is that chase charges you 34 more dollars. For not having money... And if you cant recover within a few days, more charges... They are hawks, and they care little about you as a person, chase treats people like walking wallets, and it is obvious. I am a veteran, and I have no benefits at chase, the special account that I "didnt have to meet any requirements for because (i am) a veteran" got taken away because I didnt meet their requirements. Chase continually makes it harder for me to earn money and keep it. I would avoid this bank at all costs. I've learned my lesson the hard way, its just good it wasnt my main bank account. I might have LOST money"
