This man put the cables on for not even 10 seconds before popping them off, driving off, and my car WAS STILL DEAD. I am baffled?! I would highly suggest not paying for this so called service."

"Nice front desk customer service experience, but the DMV service wait time can be quite long as they may have only one agent working at a time. If you have waited time to be seen and for any reason you forget to bring a document or signature and you step out the building to bring it it, you will be put in the back of the wait line again once you are back, which is inconvenient."
