The first company he signed me up with stopped doing business in Cali. I received an email telling me to find a new insurance provider because they are no longer servicing California. A few days later Kao reached out to me and advised me of the situation (which I was already aware). He told me to reach back out to him when my current policy was going to expire and he’ll find me another one. Which I did.
