"On a Black Friday I made the order of helmet, payment data were virtual debit card (due to safety). After that got e-mail: (Due to the suspected fraud notification, a valid photo ID will need to be provided (via email) in order to process and release your order. Please note that the complete bill to and ship to address must be the same in order to process your request.) I sent my ID and write that payment and shipping address are different. Then I ask to write in which dealer in California I can pickup my order and pay by cash (or card). I didn't receive answer. The final, I visit the EVS Headquarters in LA. And didn't get my order! Because this helmet is out of stock. I asked to sell me other helmet in this model. And got answer that there is no helmets in this model (T7). I think it is dishonestly to make Big Sale and do not carry out the orders. PS: On a photo you can see helmets model and size what I need."
