"I purchased cards in July and package arrived damaged and empty. The post office told me the seller needed to assist me since the insurance was purchased by Minera Sports. They refused. I filed anyway and claim was denied because I need Minera Sports to file. They know but don’t care. I visited the post office again and they suggest Minera be reported. This is their responsibility. They purchased insurance but won’t do anything to assist. I’m out my money and they just do not care. That’s really terrible service. Buyer beware."

"Really clean and organized shop and the guy who owns it is really easy to work with whether you're buying or selling. Compared to most the shops around LA, this place is top notch. Don't let the lack of a phone number to call fool you. This place is very much a legit business with hours that match whats posted. You just have to go in and talk to the guy in person rather than calling the business."
