"Helpful and friendly. They explained the customer packing for Amazon very well. A lot people complain about the tape fee. If you’ve ever owned your business you’d understand the costs of purchasing tape and supplies, which aren’t free. I think it is great to see a parent able to take their child to work with them. (As long as the work environment is safe!) little ones can spend time with their folks and learn valuable lessons about work ethics from mom/dad and fellow colleagues. Also they have notary services and live scan fingerprints.even though walk ins are welcome call to make sure someone is available. Like I said I’d return here."

"Came in for an amazon return that required me to pack and print my own label which is fine. I had the original box and label printed. The only thing that was left was to tape the box. The lady helping me out was complaining the entire time to her coworker about how busy its been and how she hasnt taken a lunch the entire time then proceeds to tell me that she will waive the “tape fee” for me if I leave a 5 star review on google for them. I immediately declined and pulled out tape I had prepared in my pocket. This was the first time Ive ever heard of something like. None of the other UPS stores in the area have a “tape fee” or let alone make you leave a 5 start review for them. There was a customer behind me that overheard the interaction and asked if she can buy my tape off of me. I told her I will wait until its her turn and help her with packing up what she needs. You can tell that made her day as she goes on explaining how grateful she is as shes a disable US veteran and having to lift her Amazon packages were hard on her body."

"I’ve been getting my mail here for years and Brianna and Lupe are AWESOME they are on top of things. If I have questions they are very knowledgeable very friendly. I’ve came into the store a lot of times and it would be so busy but the ladies take care of every single customer in a very respectful way. I love these ladies.. they are Rockstars."

"Came into this store to send out couple of packages the workers were so amazing I believe Brianna was the manger on duty she was so sweet and so nice not only she help me get my package out but she help me pick the fast time to get it there. They were very busy the line was almost out the door but those workers did get the line moving so quick if you ever need to send packages I recommend coming into this store"

"Had a really good experience here. Went in to ship some items to my sister and the people here handle my package with car as if it were their own. I assume the lady helping was the manager and went above and beyond on going through my shipping options without breaking my pocket book. I will definitely use you guys for all my shipping needs.
