"It was an incredible trip, we got to see dolphins and seals, I can't tell you how excited I was. The trip itself took 2 hours one way, it was not easy if you are not an athlete and do not do it all the time. Several times my husband and I almost fell into the ocean, strong waves and high speed on jetski. When we got to the island we were very tired, we had a snack and sat on the shore to rest, if you still have strength, you can go for a walk on the island. On the way back it was harder but we made it. After that during the week we could hardly walk, the whole body was sore and especially the back and legs, and we had to drink painkillers, so be prepared for that. Despite the many moments, to see the ships up close, the open ocean and its inhabitants, it was worth it, but I think it was enough 40 minutes ride on the ocean. Anyway thanks to the team of instructors, they take pictures during the ride, so you will have great memories"

"Awesome and friendly staff. Instruction and all that wasn’t long at all. They’re super welcoming and want you to have a fun, memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to help us get good views of wild life and let us do our thing. He even let us take pictures on the boat until the other boat came to take us back to the mainland. Super fun and I will be going again this summer!"

"An absolute blast. Everyone involved from at the location at the end of the green pier, to the taxi driver (ship to shore boat), to the folk on the barge where they send you out from were amazing! Truly class act from start to finish. Will be back!!!!"

"Came to the island for my moms birthday and we scheduled our jet ski rental the day before for 4:30 to 5:30 and we were told to arrive at 3:15 to fill out paperwork and for training and the boat ride to the jet skis because the entire activity would be 2 hours. When we showed up there were people who looked like they were waiting and the woman in charge was on the phone with the boat drivers saying that there were other people waiting and to hurry and we didnt think much of it. After we filled out the paperwork instead of beginning anything they told us to come back at 4:25 so we did that. When we came back at 4:25 there were different people waiting so I asked when they were scheduled for and they said 4:30. At this point these people had yet to fill out their waivers and then 4:45 came around and we hadnt even gotten on a boat yet or anything. We were literally sitting in front of their store when the activity was intended to end at 5:30 (one hour on the jetskis, one hour for jetski safety training and boat ride). When i asked if we could get a refund she told me that I was advised that it would take 2 hours. So I began to question why she told us to be there at 3:15 when we werent going to do anything until closer to 5. She repeated that she told us to come at 4:15 which wasn’t true because I asked about 3 times the day before. Finally after explaining this she agreed to give us a refund but I think she did that because she was already overbooked anyway. If there are other jetski rentals on the island i definitely recommend going to those instead. Instead of just sitting there waiting like idiots we could have scheduled something else but unfortunately didnt get to do anything that day because of them. No hate to the woman at the store because she was nice and the scheduling situation seemed to be completely out of her hands but very unprofessional and inconsiderate as a company. Hope this helps"
