"I had a great customer service experience recently. Here’s what happened: In 2022 I bought a wetsuit from Triathlon Lab. I didn’t know it at the time but their employee fitted me incorrectly. For a year I swam in a tighter wetsuit and it tore twice in the same spot. This year, I finally went in to ask for help and the owner hears me out. Then he says, “Ya, looks like we fitted you too small. Let’s get you into the next size up.” I tried the new suit on and it fit SO MUCH BETTER. At the end, they just swapped the suits and I didn’t have to pay for anything. In other words, I got refitted and got to keep the new suit and they took the old one - no charge to me. Today, it still fits excellently and I’m really grateful for the service and care that goes into their customers. Thanks guys!"
