"Doesn't deserve any stars. Customer service at this huge conglomerate is awful. I hope I never have a claim with them as I can't imagine dealing with the company on that level. Heck, I can't even get ahold of them to update my policy. Nothing I have from them lists any name, its just the corporate name and a bottomless, never answered "customer service" mailbox. Will not renew with them EVER."
