"They are very friendly and efficient here. Even when it gets a little crowded, they move things along quite well. And they do this with a smile and a friendly manner. They also know their business very well."
"stopped by at 4:50PM on 9/2/23, I was second person inside while other person was at the counter explaining to UPS employee what she was requesting/needing (something about moving into her new address coming up).The UPS worker replied "if you let me get a word in I could respond, but you haven't let me get a word in to explain we cannot forward your mail". The customer seemed to understand the point of not forwarding the mail and she was still trying to explain what she was requesting from UPS. The UPS employee told the customer she needs to calm down because clearly she upset because he could see it in her face, she said your embarrassing me in front of your customer (me) and he was not listening. The UPS employee continued to insult the older female as he stood behind the counter two young daughters that were standing along him on the right side and the left side. I witnessed another UPS employee walking by looking but not coming out to deescalate the unnecessary insults from the UPS employee. Then a female came out looked like possibly the mother of the two young girls and she went to the UPS employee who then explained that this customer is completely out of control, he's trying to explain to her that her mail cannot be forwarded and this elderly women stood there and said loudly "excuse me, I'm the customer here, your speaking about me, I'm right here". The UPS female did not try to help the customer either , just listened the the "story from the UPS employee that basically confined to insult this elderly women. The customer left and said she's done with them. I'm sharing what I witnessed as this was completely unfair on the customers behalf, this UPS employee should be terminated for the insults towards this older lady. As far as my own transaction, the young daughter in the middle possibly 10 or 12 yrs old used the scanner and the register and completed my transaction at 04:53PM. There are many laws in the state of California. This UPS store needs to be evaluated immediately."
"First of all, give Ben a raise or some kind of bonus. Every time I go in there he is working so hard, trying to meet everyones postal needs and is so kind to each and every person. I go to this store at least a few times a month for Amazon returns and random things. This week I went in to get my daughters birth certificate form notarized. Ben was so nice and immediately helped me out and notarized the form. He was quick and professional, it was a painless process and I have had bad notary experiences in the past at other places. I will definitely be coming back here if I need more things notarized. I wanted to write a review because Ben was the poster child for customer service and he deserves to be seen!"
"One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! I have had my small business box for 22 years, and have never paid a late payment once on my rental. Today I received a call from a collections agency saying how my box has been closed and I have to pay back rent to keep my box active. After calling the owner trying to get some help, I had one of the worst experiences dealing with a simple issue. I tried explaining how I had not received any paper renewal in my box, or late paper notices at any time. They have no interest in dealing with costumers, and only want to spew corporate policies, and certainly have no interest in dealing with a human. I also stated that I didn't want any emails, only the paper renewal, and they would not accommodate this. She said they would only notify by email, and good luck if that doesn't work. They will not me keep my box, WITHOUT AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD RENEWAL. This is not what I want, or what I agreed to. I said I did not want this, I want to pay via check or credit card as I choose, NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO SO! To top it all off, she said I shouldn't even have a small business sized box, that I AM REQUIRED TO HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESS BOX even though I only receive minimal mail or packages. I have had all my business marketing tied to this address for 22 years, and now the new owners only have interest regurgitating the corporate BS."
"One of 2 UPS Stores in Danville as an alternative to going to the US Post Office to mail documents, ship packages, send back your Amazon returns for free, rent a P.O. Box, bring documents to be shred, buy office supplies and packing materials, and if you are in hurry to buy a greeting card or two. This location also has notary services, a copier and business printing, and access to a computer for downloading and printing. Service is quick and efficient. The line moves here a lot faster than the post office and better business hours (opens earlier, closes later). You can literally return your Amazon return in less than a minute if no one is ahead of you."
