"Have used Postal Annex in Tassajara Crossing for many years and have always received excellent service---staff are friendly, nice, helpful, and professional. Their wide variety of services, office supplies, USPS mailing services including certified mail, and shipping venues are why I always feel confidant that whatever projects I have to mail or ship, will be expedited. Additionally, they are also very friendly and informative on the phone and always provide answers to your questions. Their current FT staff has been there for awhile and I appreciate the consistency in staff. Michael is exceptional and an asset to Postal Annex."

"I can't believe this! Every single time I've used FedEx or UPS directly, it's been smooth, but the one time I drop off a return at this particular location, it gets lost? An iPhone, headed back to Apple, vanished! Something clearly went wrong here. FedEx says they never picked it up, and the location claims it was picked up from their store. Really? It's not that hard to figure out where it was lost/stolen which I'm reporting to the police. On top of that, staff at this location are extremely rude and disrespectful. This is utterly unacceptable!"

"This establishment has the nicest and most helpful owners We dropped our package off it was very heavy and the owner helped my husband carry it. Also when I was having an issue tracking the package the owner went out of her way to help me get the information. I live in Walnut Creek, but would drive to Danville to go to this postal annex.!"
