"Worst UPS service at this location I'll ever experience. I've never had any bad experience at any other UPS location except for this one. Rude employee. I asked politely if they can take a package for me, one strip. She said we don't take any package but you can buy one. I look at a small tiny roll of tape for $7.50."

"The employees at this location are very rude for absolutely no reason. I came in with a return and did not have it taped (I have never had an issue with this before) and the employee started yelling at me saying that they receive thousands of packages a day and we should not expect them to do extra work. It’s really not that hard to be nice to someone, but apparently they don’t know how to do that, just by reading all of the other 1 star reviews. And by the way I went to the UPS store down the street on Brokaw and they took my package no problem, without yelling at me. Maybe you should take notes from them on how to act."

"The associate by the name of Kimberly was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I have never been treated that way by a ups store employee. She couldn’t be bothered and when I asked a question she completely ignored me. Usually the staff at the ups store are courteous and at the very least professional. Highly highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs."
